    Kimberly DeCarrera can serve as your growing company’s Fractional Chief Financial Officer (fCFO). She will embed with your leadership team, serving along side them to develop and implement the financial strategy for the business. Kimberly can assist you with creating annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasts, reviewing your monthly financial statements to track adherence to the budget and goals, and set your short-term and long-term goals for the business.

    This is a similar experience as a Fractional CFO, but at a lower investment level. As a Strategic Financial Adviser, Kimberly gets to know your business but may not have the day-to-day or operational impact that she would as your Fractional CFO. This is ideal for a brand new startup that does not have the ongoing day-to-day issues that they will have once they begin to scale.
