In 2022, when Kimberly DeCarrera was working in-house as the Chief Financial and Legal Officer of a national 3PL (logistics) company, she was invited to speak at the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firm (NAMWOLF) Driving Diversity Leadership Conference. The session was called “Where’s the Beef – Finding Employees and Supplies” where she discussed best practices for both companies and law firms for both HR and supply chain.

In her role as the CFO/CLO, she often hired NAMWOLF firms for their local counsel and litigation matters. These are excellent law firms, of the highest quality and reputation.

Now, she’s proud to make this a full circle moment by being able to support NAMWOLF as a business partner.
