Monthly Fractional CFO Packages

The monthly CFO package includes two monthly meetings to dive into all your firm’s financial concerns. From reviewing income statements to preparing budgets to diving into 401(k) match options or employee compensation plans (and bonus plans), this time is dedicated to what’s most pressing to you.

You also receive time dedicated solely to you for your Fractional CFO to work offline on FP&A (financial planning and analysis) or other asynchronous work. Because no one needs to watch Kimberly DeCarrera build a budget for you. But then we go through the analysis during the 1-on-1 meeting to give you the valuable insights.

The quarterly CFO package includes one meeting per quarter to dive into all your firm’s financial concerns. The custom CFO package is specifically for law firms that need a higher level of service, customized to your needs. Some of the custom options include: dedicated days, management of administrative or finance staff, fully embedded staff, benefit management, and variable compensation plan management.

This is perfect for firms over $20 million annual revenue.

Cost: Starting at $5,000 a month
