We are also flexible, so that you can increase or decrease your package as your needs change.

But business is often a game of trial and error. We will try things, and if they don’t work, try something else. We may tweak solutions to work for you, based on your goals, budget, and timeline.

    KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are established through an iterative process between you and your law firm consultant. Often, we will include your staff for maximum buy-in and effectiveness. So while we won’t tell you what your KPIs are (because they are different for every firm), we will help develop them for what works for your firm at this stage of your growth. And then re-evaluate regularly as you continue to grow.
