Practicing What We Preach

Springboard Values

Helping business scale and manage growth is at the core of what we do.

Kimberly set out the core values and principles about who we work with and how we work.

These values help align us with clients that we can help, minimizing internal and external conflict so that we can all focus on growth.

Respect For Everyone

It doesn’t matter if you are man/woman/trans/nonbinary, straight or LGBTQIA+, able or disabled, where you are from or what religion you practice – we respect you and your individual autonomy. And we celebrate our differences as this is how we weave a bright and beautiful tapestry in society.

Embrace Mistakes

There are lots of options out there and not all of them will work all the time, for every business. Mistakes will be made, but they only become failures when we fail to learn from them.

And sometimes, what didn’t work in the past will work in the future, when circumstances are different.

Custom Growth

Every client has their own hopes, dreams, and a vision for their company. We want to help you get there, not pigeon-hole you into our vision.

We have multiple frameworks and options for you that we can customize. No one-size-fits-all approaches.

Integrity Matters

Whether it admitting and owning up to mistakes or to not oversell our capabilities, we promise to act with integrity.

We expect and require the same of our clients. Not perfection, but a constant desire to do better next time.

Health and wellness

We prioritize health and wellness and back it up with our budget, as well as provide opportunities for both mental and physical health. Abortion is health care.

Employees take care of our customers, so we want to make sure our employees are taken care of as well.

Building Better Workplaces

We believe that non-toxic workplaces produce happier employees and higher profits.

Burnout and overwork is not profitable. Toxic workplaces create high turnover and increase your expenses.

Guiding Principles at Springboard Legal

The Proof is in the Pudding

We can tell you all about the core values and guiding principles here at Springboard Legal. But it’s better to show you.

Diversity in Hiring and Marketing

Representation matters. As we grow, we want to bring a diverse set of voices to the table. This means that we want to work with people from all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, socioeconomic standing, and more.

That’s also why we make a point to use a photos and other marketing materials that represent a variety of diverse individuals.

Flexible Working Hours

Whether we are trying to accommodate our own families and personal goals or because a client is in another time zone, we value flexibility in our working hours. We don’t have set working hours, so long as the work is getting done and clients are happy.

We do, however, work to minimize overtime or excessive work hours in a given time period. If it is needed, then we take the opportunity after to rest and recover. White space is needed for our brains to be the best.

Mentorship and Giving Back

Helping others is good for the soul. Do you know how many Zoom calls and hours that Kimberly herself gives to business owners at either no cost or low bono? Several hundred over the course of a year. And that’s not including the formal volunteer opportunities that are encouraged and supported.
